Please read these terms carefully before using the rtk66 platform. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the rtk66 platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slots, and any promotional or bonus features — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and rtk66 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind between the parties concerning the subject matter herein.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use rtk66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. rtk66 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time without prior notice.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
- You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be operated only by the named registered holder.
- You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have previously been self-excluded from rtk66 or any affiliated platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any misrepresentation of identity or age is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
rtk66 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction, without liability for any resulting loss of access or funds.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one rtk66 account. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. rtk66 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses, winnings, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited without prior notice.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rtk66 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. rtk66 will never ask for your password via any channel — if you receive a communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
KYC Verification
rtk66 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence)
- Proof of registered mobile number ownership (bKash or Nagad account statement or screenshot)
- Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds determined by rtk66 at its sole discretion
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on rtk66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. rtk66 does not charge currency conversion fees. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and selected bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
Deposit Rules
The following deposit rules apply to all rtk66 accounts:
- The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rtk66, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the rtk66 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
- rtk66 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network. Transaction confirmation times displayed on the platform are estimates only and are not guarantees.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals at rtk66 are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for mobile banking methods during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM BST.
- rtk66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may delay the withdrawal but is necessary to protect both the player and the platform from financial crime.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
rtk66 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be denominated at the value stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
- rtk66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to change bonus terms prospectively, and to void any bonus or winnings obtained through what rtk66 determines, in its sole discretion, to be abuse of promotional terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless wagering requirements are met, and may not be exchanged for any other consideration.
Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, or T20 World Cup periods will carry their own specific T&C, which will be communicated via the platform at the time of the promotion.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets on rtk66 are governed by their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products:
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the rtk66 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game round or a sports market, rtk66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players' wallet balances. This is not a guarantee and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation technology supplied by the game studio. rtk66 does not control or influence game outcomes. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics conducted by real dealers in a studio environment.
- Maximum bet limits may apply to individual games and markets. Where a bet exceeds the applicable maximum, rtk66 may reduce the bet to the maximum permissible amount or void the excess portion. Maximum payout limits per game session and per day are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rtk66 platform. Violation of any prohibition below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software of any kind to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human players.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including match-fixing or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent house edge.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods. Any deposits identified as originating from unauthorised payment instruments will be voided and the account frozen pending investigation.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform or any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not valid and will be voided.
- Opening accounts under false identity, using another person's identity documents, or providing any false, misleading, or forged documentation to rtk66 at any stage.
- Any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a conduit for transferring funds of illicit origin. rtk66 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
rtk66 employs real-time monitoring across all accounts and transactions. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. Players with suspended accounts will be notified via their registered contact details and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.
8. Responsible Gaming
rtk66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out, regardless of whether they are in the middle of a game round.
- Self-exclusion: players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is closed and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Reality checks: configurable pop-up notifications that appear at set intervals during a gaming session to remind the player how long they have been playing and their net win or loss for the session.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the rtk66 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, images, game content provided by rtk66, and any software underlying the platform — is the intellectual property of rtk66 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of rtk66.
Game content (including game artwork, audio, mechanics, and software) is owned by the respective game studio and is licensed to rtk66 for display on the platform. Player interactions with game content do not confer any intellectual property rights upon the player.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtk66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or technical failures, whether or not rtk66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rtk66's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by rtk66 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. rtk66 processes personal data only for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and service improvement. Data is not sold to third parties.
12. Amendments to These Terms
rtk66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rtk66 will provide notice to registered players via the platform or via the registered email address or mobile number. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the rtk66 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rtk66 is registered as an offshore gaming operator. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rtk66's internal complaints procedure should be referred to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body identified in rtk66's licensing documentation. The English-language version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any translation.
